I like the abena super and molicare super. I get them from Gary at XP medical. He is much cheaper on his prices than HDIS. These diapers have never let me down.

Personally I prefer to wear adult cloth diapers and plastic pants. I have used disposables but the cloth diapers work best for me.

I have some cloth diapers, but I just can't get them to work as well as disposable for me. Maybe I don't have the right kind (no gauze, most aren't pin-on), but it seems like as soon as I sit down the wetness is wrung out of them and they leak.
I use Molicare Super Plus most of the time, though for lighter use I can get a way with Tena's Ultra Stretch, which fits well and holds more than the thickness indicates it would.
I've tried pretty much every diaper out there, including the vaunted Abena X-Plus, but the Abenas just fit me better, which is a key component of leak protection.

My favorite brief was the Prevail frontal tape tab briefs, they are good cause you can readjust it without messing up the the plastic backing, they were also absorbent. Item number is IBF-012 if you need them. I used to receive them back in 2005 to 2008. Now I use tranquility select with booster pads 2008 to present.

I like the attends brand with the waistband. They seemed to work really well for me but currently I am using depends which for now are all right but still not as good as some of the others that I have tried.

I can second the comment on secure x-plus. They fit well and the taped landing zone allows for re-adjustment.

I guess I don't really have a favorite. I try to match my protection with my circumstance. At home I like washables because of absorbency and cost. I use disposables when I travel, or when I'm at a medical appointment, usually Depend Men's Underwear. On the road I wear Molicare or Abena with Depend Boost Pads at night, and Depend Men's Underwear if I have ready opportunity to change, Molicare if I'm on a long ride with little or no opportunity to change. I always wear plastic pants.

THE ONLY TWO BRNDS THAT I HAVE WORN SO FAR ASSERANCE AND DEPENDS PULL UPS.I'VE BEEN WEARING THEM FOR ONE YEAR NOW AND I'M JUST STARTTING TO HAVE BIGGER ACCIDENTS.KNOW I'M GETTING A LITTLE NERVOUS ABOUT BED WETTING,SO I ORDERED SAMPLES OF SEVEN DIFERENT KINDS OF PULL UPS BECAUSE I'M NOT QUITE SURE IF I CAN HANDLE BRIEFS ON MY OWN.I GUESS.
FROM ALL OF THE SUJESTIONS I'VE READ ABOUT TODAY I'LL HAVE TO TRY BRIEFS AND SEE IF THEY WORK FOR ME.
THE TWO PLACES THAT I'VE BAUGHT MY DIAPERS AT ARE THE GROCERY STORE AND WALMART,AND THE DOLN'T CARRY THAT MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS SO I MIGHT HAVE TO ORDER THEM FROM THE INTERNET FROM NOW ON.
I'M ALSO CONSIDERING BUYING A BED PAD TO AVOID HAVING TO BUY A NEW MATTRES.
ANY SUJESTIONS?

i have a suggestion, see that caps lock key? notice that when its on the caps light is on, turn the caps off, otherwise you end up shouting at everyone.

secure x-plus the best all the way. the frontal landing zone maybe noizy but when u can make it to the mens room in time the just unfasten and when your done just refasten and go. plus they have a awsome waist for comfort

I have been wearing the Tena Super stretch brief and it has to be the abosolute best diaper to wear during the day time. With the stretchy tabs you get the best fit and best abosorbancy from the Tena Super diaper.
